This is the densest thing in the catalogue, for one reason: nostalgia only works when the details are right. So what is built is not a page styled to look old but the operating system itself. There is a BIOS sequence on boot, desktop icons, windows that drag and stack, a taskbar, a working MP3 player, a quiz, a terminal that takes commands, and a screensaver that appears if it is left alone. The message is scattered inside those programs, so finding it is part of the gift.
